Payments

Payments can be made securely via PayPal or by debit/credit card.

Delivery 

Stock items should be delivered within 3 days

Made to order items in 5-7 days

Free first class postage on all items delivered within the UK. For Items of a higher value Special delivery will be used.

Delivery outside the UK will be charged at a flat rate of £12.00 per order

Returns

Should an item be damaged or faulty on arrival a repair or replacement will be offered. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

After Care

Reticulated silver items can be cleaned using warm soapy water and a soft brush. For smooth, polished silver pieces a Jewellery cloth can also be used.

Care should be taken not to use anything abrasive on oxidised (blackened) or anodised aluminium pieces to avoid scratching.
